Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service outages, and events outside the Company's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. luke91 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability due to such causes.
Gambling is inherently a risk activity. luke91 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred by Members as a result of their gambling activity on the platform, provided that the platform has operated as intended in accordance with certified game rules and correctly published odds.
